Build a profitable business with Substack using the right strategy at the right time. Save time, money and heartache by getting your Substack right from the beginning.
I haven't started my own chat yet, so that's still grey area for me.
- Should I start more chats? Is one chat as one thread only, as for example comments below one post?
- Is there only one chat per one publication, what we can have?
- I still want more to give than to share. I know, sharing myself is important, so people know me better. But, should they really know all my 20+ or 30+ areas of my life, which have just nothing in common to what I want to give in Substack? Like, you go to restaurant to eat. And there is a waiter or the chef, who bothers you or they just invite you to look also to other stuff in their life... Funny? Yeah, I think so... ;)
Otherwise, yes, you are right, I should start my chat too. ;)
😆Don’t overthink it. You have one chat with multiple threads (which are different topics). I wouldn’t put my whole life in there, make it relevant to your content. I’ve actually dropped the ball with my chat because I’m creating a paid product for/with my paid subscribers and there just isn’t enough time for everything. I haven’t posted in my chat for a while and haven’t focused on notes. My views are down but subs are up, with even some paid ones. I focus where I get paid for my work😊
Yeah, my problem is, that I can't find few hours for Substack every day, what should include creating new posts/articles, plus interracting, socializing, commenting, replying, etc.. I can find only maybe few hours in whole week, because I'm into so many projects online and I will be soon incredible busy for many hours just every day, probably for months - and I won't be able to get out of that not even a cent, because I will work only to pay taxes (for my future retirement), plus my company will be very probably blocked again for months.
So I just have to make my Substack working, but then I just can't find time not even for continuing with creating new stuff, not mentioned then all the other interactions, which I should also care about.
And, as it just nothing works for me, in terms to bring me some constinent money, it can easy happen that I will just starve to death in the future, in front of dead computer, because I won't have money even for electricity, not mentioning for all the other bills which goes into many thousands...
So yes, I need a miracle, or at least some more traffic to my various stuff which I have posted online (not just in Substack, but also from Amazon to Youtube and to pretty much dead recently Medium too). :O
Wow 🥴that’s a lot !!. Sounds like you may need to simplify and choose to work on your most profitable (or potentially profitable platforms). I would start by dropping medium. Unless you have a huge following it’s just not profitable anymore.
Yes, you might be right!

Thank you for inspiration!

Yeah, I still post on Medium from time to time, shortest novels.
But in the past, I was posting a lot of stuff which were not novels, but more guidelines and help to improve someone's life in various ways.
I'm also often very busy on Fiverr, where I offer video editing service. That's sometimes 2 or 3 times per day, each time for few hours...
One my recent project, one facebook page, where I post quotes, with links to my Substack articles.
But then I can't find time to post also images of those quotes (without direct links to Substack) on many FB pages with quotes.
But whenever I did, I noticed I got nice feedback in various ways.
Thank you!
Yes getting the tools together
